This is a really easy mid week one pot meal

Ingredients

Pork Steaks

4 Pork loin steaks

1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper

2 tablespoons of olive oil

chopped parsley to serve

Honey Mustard Sauce

4 Tablespoons of honey

2 Tablespoons of both Dijon and grainy mustard

1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon each of sweet paprika, salt and pepper

Method.

  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl
  2. Season well the pork loin steaks with the salt & pepper
  3. Heat the oil in a medium sized frying pan over medium high heat. Add the pork and sear for 4 minutes each side.
  4. pour the sauce into the pan and mix with the steaks and let the sauce boil rapidly for 2 minutes. serve with a little parsley sprinkled over the top.
