So quick and easy
  • 500 gms pork mince
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp five spice
  • 200ml of red wine
  • 50ml Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1 onion sliced thinly
  • variety of fresh sliced vegetables

Fry the onion in a little olive oil, until golden, add the mince and brown. Add garlic, ginger, chilli, 5 spice and cook for 1 minute. Add the red wine, soya & honey and reduce. Either leave now and chill for another day or add your selection of Stir Fry veg and toss until cooked.
