Firecracker pork sausages

Taken from the belly and shoulder of my rare breed pigs. Theses sausages are 75% pork with 3 different types of chillis to produce one spicy sausage. Cayenne pepper, paprika and Serrano chilli. They are not for the faint hearted.

Ingredients: garlic, onion, tomato, salt, spices
