Pork Pie

Made by me from my own rare breed large black pigs. Voted 2 stars at the Great Taste Awards the judges loved this pie. The judges described it as being a beautifully produced old school pork pie with flaky pastry. A generous well flavoured filling, and delightfully not over seasoned. A very good pie indeed. Approx weight 450gms. Made with Jelly from the pigs trotters.
