Ingrediants
- 4 Pork shoulder steaks
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. of hot paprika
- 1 tsp sage
- 1.5 tsp minced garlic
Mix all the spices together and rub over the steaks. Wrap in cling film and chill in the fridge either overnight or a minimum of 2 hours.
I would cook in the oven first on a low heat for 20 minutes and finish off on the BBQ (2 minutes each side). You could cook completely on the BBQ but I would allow the steaks to rest a while.
