Taken from the shoulder and belly of my rare breed outdoor bred and raised pigs. These sausages are 75% pork and they spell divine when you take them out of the packet. A veritable sausage for any time of year. It’s great on the BBQ, in casseroles or own their own with mash and lashings of gravy.
