Our rare breed, outdoor bred diced pork is only cut from the leg. It has a good amount of marbling which means it is perfect to use in a variety of different dishes. Diced pork make an excellent week day supper and can be used in kebabs, casseroles, stir fry’s and pies. Check out my blog for some recipe suggestions. Also because the meat is lean it is very healthy so what isn’t there to love. Approx 400gms for £3
